We are having really bad disk performance on our VS Guest

Host DL380 G4 3GB RAM
2 x 36GB Raid 1 for OS
2 x HBA, SAN Attached VRAID5 LUN for Guests.
2 x 1GB NIC, Teamed 2GB Total

Currently have 1 Guest. 5 Virtual SCSI Adapters (Shared Bus for Clustering)
5 SCSI attahced Fixed size VHD (Size varies from 60GB to 500GB) All reside
on SAN.

The disk write time is awful. Disk write time to Host disks is fine

Anything else attached to Same SAN has no performance issues at all

I really have no idea why or where to start looking. so any ideas would be
great.
