USB needed on Hyper-V People keep asking why usb is important.
Here is an example:
I do run a 64bit Hyper-V machine, because of the RAM limitation of 32 bit.
I want to connect a printer to share it on the network. No luck, while being new the printer is also cheap and there are only 32 bit drivers for it. On the Hyper-V lives a Windows XP installation, on wich the printer drivers could reside if I could connect the printers usb port to the virtual XP machine. |
