Some of it makes sense, other information does not.
Outlook Express is not an available email client on Vista. It is only available on Windows XP.
IE6 is not available on Vista. It is only available for operating systems prior to Vista.

Next time you click on an icon in Windows Live Messenger and a mail client opens, please look at the email client(clicking on
Help/About may offer that information).

Please verify what MSn Mail means(Hotmail, Msn Explorer) and what you mean by MSn Mail 'format'.
