Yes, I'm 100% sure in using the correct username and password, as it works by
logging in to the vodafone webpage.

I've deleted and re-created the account in Windows mail several times with
no result. I've deleted McAfee from my laptop and tried again. I've updated
to Windows live mail and created there a new account.

Still the same problem: User name or password cannot be recognized.
