UPDATE:
I fixed the msimsg.dll error by installing the latest version of MSI Installer for Windows.
But, I still need to have the SP1 version of pla.dll as I can't see it in the Vista DVD and neither is it there in the SP1 update package.
Pls, If anyone could help me in obtaining pla.dll, I would highly appreciate it! |
