These "Junk" files are usually just user specific temp information like the pages visited in IE7. It's nothing to be worried about.
I found that the free program
Spybot Search & Destroy will remove all of these "Junk" files, found by Auslogics Defrag, after you run it's scan and select to "Fix" everything it finds.
