Where did you get those drivers? From Windows Update? Try downloading them from the nvidia website, this is the one for your card:

It's also possible that your card is seated wrongly. Try taking it out of the PCI-e slot and putting it back in. Those blue screens are called BSOD's or blue screen of death, meaning you computer has crashed..
