Have you tried to reset your password? this is a standard first choice to solve this sort of problem.
you may need an alternative email address to achieve this if so have a look at
GMX - Free E-Mail - Webmail & POP3, IMAP
You may want to contact Google from the account page using the "I think someone else is using my account" link as the security question has changed
