Well, everything works without a problem.
I'm sure that I've downloaded the file correctly since I've downloaded it two times (2x format). Who knows...
Oh well, it works,no reason for me to worry.

well, to answer myself and all those with the same problem.
this is from NVIDIA Release notes:
