Hello Harry,

If you have the 32 bit Vista, then you might try the free program "Unlocker" to see if it can allow you to delete the file.

UNLOCKER 1.8.7 BY CEDRICK 'NITCH' COLLOMB

i ve got the same problem and dont ask try to refresh or restart
i ve do search the file anywhere include regedit and all file folder
nothing happen but the files still there!!!
what we gonna do??? any expert here?
or technical from microsoft can help???
