Just as an update...

Some more things that i have tried is with my second monitor, i have a lcd screen and an old "big monitor" (i am blanking on what it is called right now)...

1. Unplugging my second monitor
2. Pluggin in just my second monitor
3. Looked up prices on a new Graphics Card
