Re: Initializing a TPM on a T-60 running Vista Not sure on likelyhood of success, but if T-60 can boot off a USB thumb
drive (likely) then install XP onto a USB thumb drive.
Alternatively, as some do, install XP on the active partition. This may fail
because Vista is already installed.
Sorry I can't give you better advice than that at this time.
