What is MS doing about this issue!

Almost 3 month now my WLM does not work!

I find 1000's of people all over the web with the same issue but no fix, no
patch, nothing from MS.

I've tried removing my password from my account and its now downloading my
folders again very slowly but seems still to be locking up although its not
actually asked for my password to do this!
