Are the computers that are not showing up actually sharing anything?

Normally, domain environments don't share between workstations, but
rather all workstations will be able to see the shared resources on
the servers (Domain controller, Exchange server, file server, etc) but
normally don't see each other.

Why are you trying to get the workstations to see each other? Are
there some unique resources that need to be accessed by all users?

Maybe if you could describe your network in a little more detail it
would help.
