I think you never used p2p programs..., when you are downloading things, with for example limewire, ares, torrents, you notice that you cant even surf the web.
So, dont talk about things you dont know.
I used the TCP patch before formating the pc, with a soft that selected the option "Disable Driver Enforcement etc." in boot options, but know the patch gives a blue screen, dunno why.
