Well, i am saying my experience, i couldnt surf while i used p2p, and after i patched the tcpip driver, i could use ares, firefox, and counter strike source at the same time xD (obviously depending of the download and upload speed i was using in ares).

Why did he patch fix my problem if it was a lie??, thats one of the secrets of life we'll never find out... (?)
