RE: HP Laserjet 1020 printer problem in Vista

Hi greatchap

Click on Start->Control panel->Printers folder
Click on the printer icon listesd there and select "Properties"
You will dialog box in that you will have ports tab check whether USB port
is selected for the printer or not
It will resolve the issue
