Don't worry about the name I answer to both, and a few more which aren't printable on this forum

do you get any output at all? from the rear sockets or the front or is the output totally not working?

From the sound of it (sorry ), that is the correct realtek panel, it may be worth re-installing the driver from the realtek site (downloads are very slow ) or if you've already downloaded the driver, you could try completely un-installing the driver, reboot and then re-install.

This is a long winded process unfortunately these audio chips are great when they work but are often slow to solve problems on
