Vista Home Premium 64Bit SP1

PC Thinks I Have 2 OS's, Boot Up Problems

FYI I am running a RAID 1 OS in Vista x64.

All was well until I BIOS selected to load optimum settings. It killed my RAID. I went back in and reconfigured the RAID and now.........

When booting it stops and gives me a choice of OS to choose from. It looks like this,

Windows Vista (TM) Home Premium (Recovered)
Windows Vista (TM) Home Premium (Recovered)

If I highlight the top one it fails and I have the choice of booting from the CD/DVD to do a repair and all that. None of which works.

If I choose the lower one it boots.

So when I am in the Windows disc repair screen it also shows two OS in a list. The top one says "Partition size 0MB on Unknown local disk".
The Bottom reports a partition file size (didn't write it down) on local disk c:\.

So I have two recovered OS one of which is good and the other a dummy.

How do I fix it?
