Vista Forums - View Single Post - where does one post Vista error messages or problems?

I am with you on this. I have a problem with send messages in English but some recievers get it in Japanese. I don't know Japanese and neither do the people I send windows mail messages. I want to post it so some one can help me but I can't find where to post it.
