Re: Can't access "Network and Sharing Center" nor "User Accounts"
Hi All, Two months ago, after performing a system restore (using ThinkVantage [I am using a Thinkpad]) on my Vista 32 operating system, I encountered the same problem: I can no longer access user account control, network and sharing centre, and, equally, windows update. I have tried running sfc /scannow, but it gets to 76% and tells me Windows Resource Protection could not perform the requested operation. Then Windows Modules stop working. any ideas what i can try next? cheers, lacfadio |
