You might well try rolling back the driver first to see if that fixes your issue - if you remove it from the system, then odds are that if the driver itself was causing the problem, Vista may attempt to reinstall the same driver.
Alternatively, when you go to remove the device you can tell Vista to force remove the driver as well - just be sure to have one handy. |
