Both use the same method to install the app..a small installer file(WLInstaller.exe) that provides a menu to download and install
applications

- note contrary to prior notice or other publicly available info from msft or other sites download.live.com still has the beta not
the new version..I.e. don't use that site. Though it is expected that this will be the main url for the next RTW/Production release
deployment.


I.e.. The next RTW version(which will replace 12.0.1606) will become available in soon. It will have some feature changes and
some fixes that were uncovered during the beta testing.
