Re: Non-Paged Kernel Memory I downloaded and installed Geekbench 2.0.19, and here are the results that I got:
Before Locking the Vista Kernel : 3550
After Locking the Vista Kernel : 3607
Not a huge increase in overall score, but the system does feel more responsive. Maybe the results differences would be more profound if I increased memory from 4GB to 8GB. And desktop availability from login would also appear to happen a little more quickly than usual.
I've attached the Geekbench results files. I don't have a Geekbench serial number, so I cannot perform the 64-Bit benchmarks. |
