The only compatibility issues you *should* run into is if your motherboard supports PCI-e 2.0 or not.
As for PSU requirements, visit
eXtreme Power Supply Calculator Lite v2.5 and calculate it yourself...but be-warned, this will require some intimate knowledge of your computer components.
