Yep.
Just remeber, you must activate the Home Premium version (after step 2) for
the Ultimate PID to work as an Anytime Upgrade (step 3).
Regarding the media order...
As stated way back there at the beginning:
If you use one of your two Home Premium PIDs for the order form, you could
get the x64 DVD (with SP1) for $10.
(7-10 days for delivery.)
