So, what is the difference between libraries and folders?
The announcement that Windows Live Sync will be able to handle 20 libraries
(not folders) has me asking, what's the difference?
What I would like is the ability to create "libraries" that contain folders
from different locations on the computer - essentially a virtual folder. Is
this what "library" means?
