A library in FS has always been one complete tree branch of folders. So
from whatever folder you name as being the "location" of that library, any
and all sub-folders, and to all depths within allowed name length limits,
below that one are included in that library. We don't yet know what Sync
will allow and whether it will have the same characteristics.
