Ignore - You have right don't have these files.I got this fix from other forum -although it was described as fix for Vista it was designed for XP ( I see now).These files which returned error "could not be found" are only in XP,never in Vista.But due to nothing wrong happend - only returned empty errors.

Try also register scrrun.dll module:
Run
cmd.exe with administrative previlliges (right click on it as administrator if you use UAC) and type
regsvr32 scrrun.dll
