Hi,
Can't say what is causing this but it appears that just the port used for Http, (normally 80 but can vary), is being shut down. as the other functions you mention are passed through other ports.
I can vaguely remember seeing this type of problem some time ago, (during XP days), but cannot remember if a cause was ever isolated. |
