CD/DVD Drive
I have had recent problems with the driver for my CD/DVD and last evening, an associate, with much more computer knowledge than I, resolved the problem by refering to this site and discovering that it was due to a Vista Upgrade. Everything was fine this morning, until my son loaded ITunes onto the system and the CD/DVD drive shut down, wth the message "This Device cannot start Code (10)". My associate has decamped for the Holidays. Can anyone else out there advise me.
