You'll have to contact those ISP's for that information because each one is different. You could try live chat with them instead of emails and phone calls. I find that live chats work for me about 90% of the time. The last 10% is generally a phone call to resolve the issue. Most of the time it looks something like this:

smtp-server.xx.xx.xx - is out going
pop-server.xx.xx.xx - is incoming

and the x's are generally what come after your email address. example; johndoe@isp.com. Where the isp.com are used instead of the x's.

Most of the time when using windows mail it should auto detect the settings for you or any email program for that matter. Usually, that is some times you have to manually configure it. When you get this info print it or write it down some where for future reference's.
