Reinstall - as Joan pointed out, the NAV system is not 100% compatible with System Restore, and as such, when you performed your System Restore, it quite possibly broke something in NAV - quite possibly a setting in the registry as to when it was last updated, but that would very well make your system go crazy thinking every second that it needs to be updated when in reality it does not. |
