It produces the same noise as realtek, I had it at first when I installed vista.

I mean. That it you do it like I say it will remove the old driver, then any rest bits of driver will be removed as well. Finally it will install the same driver that I am using and that I know works with this device.
A clean install will help me to decide if it is your hardware that is causing the problem or not.
