The easiest way is to turn UAC off...but not recommendable.

I think you need to leave the built in Administrator alone but if you had empowered him with PW, remove it. (you can do this in safe mode).

Then let your other administrator's (the one you created) PW be the PW on the prompter. Because when you just want to surf, you must use the standard user. Use the moderator's user when you are all set to do major tweakings. This way you do not need to boot in safe mode just to access built in administrator.

But you should keep UAC on. It is good for tweaker happy users like us.

Pssst...use minmum digits on password for easier prompter compliance.
