Re: Does SQL Server 2008 run in Virtual PC 2007 SP1?

I am setting up a development environment (SQL Server, etc.) in a guest vm
and want to store all my souce code and databases on the host so that my data
is always on the host as I add new guest vm's as the development environment
tools get updated over time.

It has been suggested to use regular Windows networking on the guest to
access a shared folder on the host (instead of VPC Shared Folders), but I am
not sure how to do this.
