A few days after solving the problem, it recurred. I solved it the same way.

I am thinking that this has something to do with me switching networks or connecting to two networks at the same time.

In any case, the "netsh" line above and rebooting right after seems to solve the problem.

If I find out anything else I'll try to post it in this thread.
