I too have been unable to connect at work since the moment Live Sync
started. I have had the technical chaps out and they fiddled with the proxy
– no problem there – they suspected a port was closed, but that too ended in
a dead end.
So, my two questions to Windows Live Sync Team (e.g. Jeremy) are;
“Do I have to wait for MS to ‘fix’ Windows Live Sync before I can connect
through my work’s proxy? Is there nothing that I or the technicians can do
to get me working again?”
