thanks for the reply i activated the real administrator account but even logged in under that account it still wont let me change the settings i really dont understand i only have vista 6 months so rather than have it update everyday i switched update off for a few months and as far as i know i havnt changed anything else and now it wont let me change these settings its not a major deal i know would be worse if i couldnt update at all i guess |
