Thanks I will print this out now... because once I take out the I/O card it may be anybody's guess if I'll get the printer working again. I've been trying to catalog everything I'm doing so I can UNdo it... I've worked with phone/vmail systems for 23 years but tinkering with this scares the you know what out of me.
I will definitely repost after I've tried all of this.
