I upgraded to Live Messenger 2009 and at same time migrated my account data to new @windowslive.com account and now i have huge issue with my contact list.
Problem manifests itself as inability to send and receive messages to majority of my 113 contacts - only for ~10 of them i could see their status and only they could send messages to me.
I tried to resolve this issue by exporting all contacts, then deleting all of them from account using Windows Live Mail contact manager (for some reason you cant mass delete contacts from within Live Messenger application) and then doing import of all contacts back.
This was supposed to send messages to all imported contacts, so they will accept this new account and i think it worked on their end - i checked in Options/Privacy/Contact list View dialog and list alot people that have me on their list.
But i still cant send and receive messages to them

P.S. Is there any support for MS Live Messenger where i can send this issue for investigation? I spend 1h looking for it and cant find it
