Besides what Brink has said, there could be another possibility.
Your name may belong to a contact group.
Scenario #1: She put your name on the " TO " column, and the contact group
name in the BCC column, or vice versa.
Scenario #2 : She put both your name and the group name in the " TO "
column.
Either way, you'll get duplicates. Just a wild guess, of course.
