Previously when I was using Windows Live Messenger 2008 on Vista Ultimate 32-bit, video cam is working fine.

After installing a fresh Vista Ultimate 64-bit and Windows Live Messenger 2009, I can't get it to work. Same error message as the people in this thread, "We are unable to run audio and video setup". I'm using Dell XPS M1530 with built-in Creative Webcam.

Anyway, I tried installing Windows Live Messenger 2009 on my other PC (without a webcam) and it is able to run the audio and video setup properly. So, I concluded that the problem has nothing to do with the webcam. Something is wrong with Live Messenger 2009, Live Call or the setup.
