OK..I only asked because you called it a CD. Hoping for the obvious solution.
I just went from XP to Vista64 without a hitch. As long as you're set up to boot from your DVD drive, it should start.
32 or 64 shouldn't make a difference.

I'm going to have to hand this off to the local experts, sorry.
