Re: Windows.old file not found

OK guys so I found this when I boot up it has 2 options. 1 load previous windows installation 2 Load Vista.
So I decided to select Option 1. Got an error windows root system32 ntoskrnl.exe missing or corrupt. I'm assumming the mean the file is missing for XP. Vista loads just find but I have no windows.old file to delete. So the question is can I run the XP repair program at boot to fix the corrupted file. and maybe the windows.old folder would appear in vista
