Thanks for the reply. I tried the Scan PST utility but for some reason it didn't work. I guess I'll try it again in Safe Mode or something. The difference with my process was that I installed Vista Business, then updated to SP1, then installed Office 2007. I use a backup tool to backup my Outlook PST file so I restored it from the backup and then I got the error. I deleted that restored PST file and started from scratch and still had the error. I guess I'll have to keep playing around with it but thanks again for the reply.
