M$ Access for Windows

I've just purchased a new PC which came with 'Vista Home Premium', my old PC ran XP which had a wonderful address book programme called "Microsoft Access for windows" had an icon "db1", it's not email addresses. I've tried to transfer it to 'Vista' but can't select a format to open it. I would be very grateful for any advice because I have all my non-email names and addresses in it.
