You don't need other zip archive programs with Vista.
Vista can handle zip files via the right-click context menu.
You have probably got Winzip, Zip-7 and Winrar fighting over a zip file.
Uninstall the two zip utilities and keep Winrar for rars and cabs etc., not zips.
