Hi SilverLight,

Drivers are handled in the Device Manager in the Control Panel (Classic View).

In Device Manager:
1. Expand Display adapters
2. Right click on your video device and click "Properties"
3. Select "Uninstall Driver"

You can get the latest Nvidia drivers here:

NVIDIA Driver Downloads - Advanced Search

Hi,
since yesterdays update [02.03.2009 (thread is nearly one year old)] my display driver doesnt work properly. It was an optional nVidia update and there is no way to remove it. The graphic driver is the latest version since three month. Its like in this thread: how to uninstall optional updates?
A way to uninstall optional updates would be helpfull!
Hello Lessing,

You should be able to uninstall your display driver from within Device Manager as described above. You can also uninstall it from within Programs and Features if the driver is listed in the uninstall list. Sometimes you may need to do this while in Safe Mode if it will not uninstall while logged in to your user account normally.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
