I think that historically, the OE dev team has gotten enough complaints
about how Outlook Express fails to comply with existing standards as
outlined in the RFCs, that they are naturally reluctant to insert anything
new into any mail application until it has a large body of standards for how
it should work. And that comment would apply to Windows Mail, WLMD and the
current web only product Windows Live mail.

Now if you want to rail about stupidity, how about going after the wise guys
who came up with those names?
